By accessing or using the Website and the Services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By using LONDONPREMIERCHAUFFEURS.CO.UK, TRADING AS A SCK SERVICES LMITED or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Website and the Services and you should immediately end such use.

BOOKINGS

All prices quoted as per the chosen vehicle and all bookings should be made at least 12 hrs in advance, cannot guarantee otherwise, It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or someone else on their behalf, have provided to Londonpremierchauffeur.co.uk is complete and accurate. No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by e-mail and the passenger has been issued with the Booking reference.

PICKUP POLICIES

  • For Airport pickups, first 40 minutes of waiting time is complimentary, since the time of landing or otherwise specified, thereafter you will be charged at hourly rate, break into 15 minutes slots, There is no additional charge for flight delays.
  • All pickups, apart from the airport waiting time, are free for the first 15 minutes; thereafter additional charges will apply on the entire waiting time.
  • Fares quoted are flat rates. If there are any additional stops, luggages, or passengers on the way, will be subject to an additional charge.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • The company reserves the right to use subcontactors to provide the services to our passengers. Drivers will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with Public Carriage Office.
  • An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on this site may be added on Christmas and new year week including any bank holidays.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Credit Card payments should be made with the internet booking or via phone and cash payments are to be made to the drivers.
  • All Paypal / Credit Card payments are subject to 5% or £5.00 surcharge whichever is greater on top of the quoted fare.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stopover will be charged at £5.00 with fare quoted. If diversion out of the way to the destination

AIRPORT PASSENGER

  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passengers having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
  • Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to the luggages.
  • We monitor all flights for any delays and there will be no extra cost to the passenger. If the passenger misses the flight coming into one of the UK airports, the passenger has to contact us immediately and there will be no extra cost involved.

VEHICLE ROLES

A user can choose a different kind of vehicle type in the form of "Executive" "Luxury" and "Group" for their Ride Request. Our Saloon and Estate vehicles are insured for hire and reward for a maximum of 4 passengers and Our MPV's (Many People Carrier) are insured for a maximum of 7 passengers.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the Pick up time from within London postcodes and 8 hours notification is required for other outer areas.
  • Failure to cancel the bookings within the required time, customers will be liable for 100% booking(Journey) fee.
  • A reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission from the company. It has to be done in writing (preferably e-mail) or phone.

CAPACITY

  • Guest/luggage capacities must be abided by for safety reasons. If you are unsure, select a larger class as chauffeurs may turn down service when they are exceeded. It’s a must to specify the amount of luggage when making the booking in notes area.

COVID-19

  • The Driver can decline to continue the journey if he discerns that the passenger had been infected to COVID-19.
